Bluebeam has some many tools to use and collaborate with others. A few of the ones I can think are: -Bluebeam studio and bluebeam projects: You can share documents across for collaboration seamlessly. Markups, text, etc can be seen live so that your current work is being transferred to the studio instantly. You can then respond to those comments to address the concerns and finally export the comments and responses in a report that can be shared with the stakeholders. -Batch link : This used to be a very time consuming effort. Now, with the right set up it is done very quickly and thousands of links are done automatically. -Take offs: from simple count take offs to area or volume, the take-offs option is very user friendly and gives you a quick summary of your work. -OCR: Remember that scanned document that you needed to read prior to your lunch meeting. Bluebeam allows you to search, edit and much more with the OCR option.
What do you dislike?
There is very little to dislike but one the biggest downfalls for Bluebeam is when using the mobile version. It cannot handle opening large files and it crashes often. Sometimes depending on the content of the file, the export to excel or word can get a little distorted. When editing text from the document, the edit option is somewhat awkward.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Great construction tool. A must have.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Design review of architectural, structural & MEP trades, constructability review of documents, sketch simple ideas to present to the design team, modifying drawings or details to best suit our needs, quantity take offs, 3D PDF's, sharing documents with others for collaboration

What I like the most about BlueBeam Revu that there are a lot of tools that you can do with it, its like Adobe Acrobat but But I feel like its better in many ways , one way is the user interface in blue beam it handles this like a champ every thing you need is organised in a way that can be easily accessible and easily understood when looking at it. blue beam has all the other cool features that you could possible need to edit a PDF in any way possible that I can think of, like removing & replacing a page within a group of pages, making automatic fallible forms and more i know other software's can do this as well but since the user inter care is so robust ii this one in compared to others.
What do you dislike?
There isn't really anything I don't like about it, it get's the job done so I cant complain

What I like best is the easy of use, as well as the flexibility to customize the screen and adjust what I want to see according to what I'm working on at the moment. One of the most useful features, is how easy it is do add and remove pages from a document, it makes assembling submittal packages a breeze with the additional benefit of looking very professional.
What do you dislike?
That the version that I have does not allow me to edit form fields.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you come from using an Adobe product, be sure to take the time and look at all of the options to customize the Bluebeam interface to your liking, once you do that, you'll find that it's as powerful and as easy to use as any other product. Also, there are multiple tutorials out there that I would recommend looking at so that you get a better idea of what the software can do (something that I regularly use is the "Reduce File Size") , that way the tool bag grows and your PDFs become more usable / efficient.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I work in construction, so Bluebeam Revu is an excellent tooll to review drawings, put together back up for change orders, digitally sign documents. In short, it's an invaluable tool in the quest of going paperless.
