Goformz is an enabler at the lowest level from day 1: just replace any basic paper form and make it paperless. For some this is revolutionary and the effort to get to that revolution is close to nothing. If you build on it just a bit further using datasources, dropdowns, workflows... the possibilities to gain time and show professionalism are huge, still without the need for real integration with a CRM or accounting system. Also Support is fast and reliable, listening and thinking along in coming up with solutions (even if or especially when the technical limits of the tool are stretched)
What do you dislike?
1. Pricing. We have more business critical applications that are cheaper. There should be a distinction in price between your administrator who creates templates and reports and your field technicians who can be computer illiterate and only fill in forms. 2. Reporting, even after the upgrade from a few months ago which makes it faster and easier, remains basic. Export only to csv, no grouping, formulas or any calculations in your reporting possible. You need to export data and then work in excel or upload to a separate database to get really useful reporting while the power of Goformz is the database behind it. This can could be utilized a lot more with a good reporting engine.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Paperless is just the tip of the iceberg. Goformz gives us -and our customers - proof that a technician has been on site. Showing pictures, signatures, location. This pre-empts discussions and improves direct communication with customers.

What do you dislike?
At the time of using GoFormz we became familiar due to the complicated one from the android system, the support staff gradually adapted to its functionality. I believe that there is a lack of greater integration to the vital Excel and PDF programs in every company, thus improving their quality and access.

This is a platform that will undoubtedly help you update and take a leap of improvement in your company, you can change your business and improve your service quality in a better time and with greater efficiency.

Without a doubt, it is a tool that personally helped us solve problems such as the creation and delivery of instant results, the implementation of digitizing our work process constantly and the organization of service requests between offices.

What do you like best?
Having the ability to build out templates to exactly what we need for our processes was critical. Collecting pictures and being able to take notes over the top of the photos was huge and we cut down so much waste of time with this tool.
What do you dislike?
Early on we had a lot of issues with the app crashing especially for Android users. There have been times when we haven't been able to use the app because of issues outside of our control but GoFormz support team has been pretty good to work with getting those taken care of.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is a platform that can change your business. Give it a shot and it will be a huge value add for you if you are doing anything that requires someone to collect data on site that you want to share with your internal team, customer, etc.

We used to have to go on site and take a lot of pictures and then load them into the computer and populate them into a power point presentation. This took a lot of time and energy. GoFormz allows us to eliminate a lot of extra man hours in getting the information where it's needed asap.
